Barracuda wants you to be fully satisfied with every product that you purchase from the Barracuda.co website. If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping, handling, gift box, and other charges where applicable. Please note: Monogrammed and personalized items cannot be returned.
To return an item, you must first request a return authorization by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order information. To be eligible for a return, we require that the product be unused, in original boxes, and with all original paperwork, parts and accessories. Sale merchandise will be issued a credit at the purchased price. Purchases must be returned from the original shipping country.
If your return authorization is approved, Barracuda will provide you a return authorization number to include with the package and a destination address to ship your purchase to. If the original order qualified for free shipping customer will have to cover the cost of the return shipping. If the original order did not qualify for free shipping the return shipping cost will be refunded up to the maximum of the original shipping charge.
You can expect a full refund of the purchase price and applicable taxes, minus shipping, handling, and gift box charges, where applicable, within 30 days of receipt of your return in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.
Barracuda reserves the right to deny refunds for a returned item that does not comply with this policy.
