If you can take a day or so away from the cities, visit the Atlas Mountains. Stop through small villages or go on a hiking tour. You might also see Morocco’s famous tree-climbing goats. They walk up the branches of Argania trees to eat the fruit.
Casablanca is Morocco’s largest city and the backdrop for the famous 1942 film of the same name. It’s the chief port in Morocco and one of Africa’s largest financial centers. While you’re there, visit the Cathedral and the Old Medina of Casablanca.
This fascinating city is worth visiting. Visit the Jardin Majorelle, gifted to the city by Yves Saint Laurent. Find amazing goods and wares at Jemaa El Fna or from the souks in the Medina.
