Caring For Your Skin on a Long Flight
Flying in an airplane is not always kind to your skin. The air inside the cabin is free from moisture, which can dry out your skin. When your skin gets too dry, it can overproduce oil to compensate which may then lead to breakouts. Here are some ways to care for your skin on a long flight.
The key to looking refreshed after a long flight is keeping your skin moisturized. Bring thick moisturizer, sheet masks, serums, and hydrating facial sprays to keep your skin dewy.
Your skin repairs itself when you sleep. Try to get some shut-eye after you apply your moisturizers to get the full effect.
Skin hydration starts from the inside out. Ask the flight attendants for extra water, and keep coffee and alcohol to a minimum.
